Smackula - Completed May 2023
Co-Producer

I co-managed a team of nine people consisting of two artists, three designers, another producer, a programmer, and a sound designer to create a minimum viable product for my Game Studio II class. For our minimum viable product, we created a game called Smackula. Smackula is a gothic themed first person beat 'em up where you punch your way through hoards of vampires! We utilized the Agile Methodologies with Scrum to keep the team organized and we met at least twice a week to continue work on our game. Retrospectives and Postmortems were also held to reflect on the progress of the project. As of May 3, 2023, Smackula is available to download for free on itch.io!
